Welcome to Project STAND’s Digital Library! This digital repository is dedicated to the vital work of preservation—ensuring that the stories, struggles, and triumphs of student organizers are never lost to time. By safeguarding a diverse array of documents, images, and narratives, our library honors the enduring legacy of those who have championed social justice and equality. Here is where we have preserved vidoes, images, conference papers, etc of all of our work since 2017! Preservation is more than an archival process; it is an act of respect for the past and a foundation for future change. In preserving these records, we empower communities, educate future generations, and inspire continued progress. Project STAND is a dynamic, inclusive community where archivists, memory workers, student organizers, and independent scholars come together to celebrate and preserve the voices and stories of historically marginalized students. Our approach is rooted in a reparative archival praxis, one that creates inclusive spaces to ethically document and honor the contributions of student organizers from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. By acknowledging the profound influence of the Black organizing tradition as a touchstone for social movements, we also recognize the unique nuances inherent in every group’s lived experiences. In this digital library, analog heritage meets modern technology, uniting archives and social justice under one roof. Have a look around and look at past symposiums, podcasts, videos, etc. This is a living repository, meaning that we will continue to add more materials to the repository in the future.
